Well where do we start …
- No air conditioning instead we have to put up with heating or have the door open which attracted the bugs to come in then woke up with insect bites.
- No hot running water for 8 hours instead told by reception to take a “cold” shower
- Unclean sheets due to friend spilling a cup of tea. Came back to the hotel to find the bed had been made by the chamber maid but ignored the fact it was unclean and it wasn’t till we pulled back the sheets to find she ignored it and made it with the dirty sheets.(Anyone with a slight common sense would put fresh sheets on)

5 of us stayed here for a long weekend of partying last weekend. The venue is amazing with sea views, good music, live DJ and great staff (Antonio, Naza and the lifeguard). The hotel was very accommodating when we requested a late check out and we were able to keep our room until 6pm, which was very helpful because we had late flights, which meant we could freshen up before going home! Antonio deserves his own section, he is a super friendly guy and absolutely carries the vibe!

This is a great hotel...I went last weekend with another 10 lads on a Stag Doo. The hotel itself is spotless, the pool and bar area with the chilled out DJ music is the perfect place to recover after a long night. The best thing about the place is the staff, all of them are brilliant. Special mention goes to Naza at the pool bar and also as almost everyone has mentioned Antonio...what a guy! Never stops smiling and joking around. I hope to come back again in the future.

We stayed at sotavento during rugby weekend this year and last and it just gets better every time. All staff are extremely hospitable (special shoutout to Antonio and the hotel manager) also if you go at a similar time of year you'll see Harry who's basically part of the furniture . Good rooms; big with a kitchen , balcony and a fridge - we paid about 150 euro each for 5 nights. Theres music by the pool and great cocktails- the food is AMAZING - the carbonara is defo the best I've ever tried definitley recommend

love the aesthetic/design around here. The pool is amazing and the rooms are great. Everything is clean and that's great. I love that it's adults only. A massive downside is the noise at night from partying younsters. We are normal people who sleep at night and explore the island by day. I wouldn't reccoment it for normal people. But if you're a party animal then it's a good place.

Everything about the Sotavento hotel apartment is great, including cleanliness, comfort, modern look, food, location, secure parking, last but not least staff. A special thanks for Antonio and Wenda, who made sure we got the best experience possible.

It was a very good hotel. The service was excellent. I want to highlight Wanda who gets 5 out of 5 stars, the best in the world. But also Tony, who was funny. I also want to give the chef an award for the delicious food, the Italian Wrap was the tastiest!!

We arrived on the 15th of June and met the receptionist Wanda! She was amazing during our stay and checked us in. She was patient with the 6 of us and answered every query we had and made us feel so welcome, we would definitely come back just to see Wanda. Thank you for our amazing Experience!!

This hotel made my holiday, everyone is so welcoming and the boss is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The receptionist is also amazing and the vibe was always on point and the staff go above and beyond to make you have the best experience possible. Thanks guys!
